ABOUT ALEXANDRA (CONSULTANT)
Alexandra is an award winning human-centred design leader with over 20 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. She has worked with federal, state and local governments, and with not-for-profit and private sector companies.
Her work has improved (among other things):
- The experience of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people in the Queensland child protection system.
- Victorian transport services including the design of stations, precincts, train, tram and bus experiences.
- The ability of the Australian Public Service to deliver great policy advice.
- Access to accommodation for key workers in regional Victoria.
Alexandra is an expert in using design and systems thinking techniques to help create outcomes that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders and can be successfully delivered within constraints. See the case studies section for examples of previous work, or the blog for her musings on all things human-centred design.
